Registration Fees

The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions and the associated exhibition, tea, coffee and lunch on registered day(s).

Registration fees are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of value added tax at the prevailing rate.

New for 2017 is the addition of a nurse “Unit Registration Fee”, offering a group discount to three nurses of any grade (who are BSG Members) from the same unit when registering together.

To thank you for your continued support, attendees of Endolive UK 2017 will also receive a 20% discount on Early Bird registration rates. When registering, make sure you have the code that was provided to you during the Endolive UK registration process.

Successful abstract submitting authors are still able to register at the early bird rate until 8th May 2017. Please make sure you have the code that will be provided to you when you are informed whether your abstract has been accepted.

** A limited number of £50 bursaries will be available for non-clinical scientists who are studying towards a higher degree in a related area.  Successful applicants will be expected show evidence of affiliation to a university and have an accepted abstract at the conference. *To benefit from the Member Rates you will need to apply to be a member of the BSG. Please go to this link https://members.bsg.org.uk/mybsg and complete the New Member online application. Your first membership subscription fee will need to be paid via debit/credit card and a direct debit mandate will need to be completed and returned to the BSG in order for your membership to be activated. If you do not complete this process you will be required to pay the full non-member registration rates before being allowed access to the BSG Annual Meeting 2017.

BSG Taster Membership

The Taster Membership is applicable for all medical trainees up to ST3, medical students, foundation doctors, nurse students and non-clinical students studying for further degrees (such as PhD’s). Benefits of this scheme include access to a tailored microsite on the BSG website, with educational content and an informal mentoring scheme. Taster Members can also register for the whole of the Annual Meeting for just £65. If you have trainees below ST3, or non-clinical students studying for a further degree, who would be interested in Taster Membership please promote this scheme to them (cost is £15 per year) and encourage them to attend the Annual Meeting.

Abstract submitters

For successful abstract submitters. Abstract submitters will receive notification of their abstract on 28 April 2017. A discount code will be provided in the notification letter in order to qualify for the early bird discounted registration rate up to Monday 8 May 2017. The code will be for abstract presenters only. 

Cancellations and Modifications

Registration modification & cancellation conditions

If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of £70 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents).

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations received before 17 May 2017, Midnight GMT: £70 per participant.

Cancellations received after 17 May 2017: No payments will be refunded.

Refund

Refunds will be made after the congress by credit card according to your pre-payment method.

No Refund will be given for cancellation received after 17 May 2017 (midnight GMT).

Names of all participants (registration and/or accommodation) should be submitted online before 17 May 2017.  

Registration Cancellations

Cancellations received before 17 May 2017, Midnight GMT: £70 per participant.

Modifications

Modifications received from 17 May 2017 until 22 June 2017: £35 per registration modification.
